A. Namaste father, Not required in large amounts but a serving of 1 to 2 per day is ideal for the child to start with prefer seasonal and locally available ones

A. Whether it is fruits or vegetables there has to be a motivation in that also thing in higher amount is not good for anything so even fruits and vegetables you are giving you have to set a motivation and that’s meant to be given
