A. no. not always. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. No Absolutely mate it is not at all true nobody can determine the complexion of the child the child can easily change the complexion up till the age of 6 to 8 months after that only a child is going to take its permanent complexion or colour so this is an absolute myth that somebody is telling you please do not believe it
