secondly it may be related to bartholin duct so you need to visit to your doctor to get checked about this

If deficient, you may have to take medication or supplements as suggested by your physician.
Take sunbath daily
Don't over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics
Don't use RO water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
