Due to heat, small, gouty pimples have appeared on the entire face of the child, what to do

A. Atogla team you can apply currently which is what is going to be good for you to use so you can apply this 3 to 4 times in the day hopefully it will help for the time being you should not apply anything else on the face like no cream no lotion no soap nothing
