Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and he is taking breast feeding and he has not passed stools since last three days so give him enough milk and use soap stick at his rectum

if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare.

he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly.

if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician.

formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.
