dr my baby is 3yr and 8 months now.... she is havng dry skin which cream is good for dry skin??

Nmfe Vitamin E cream is the first best option that you can go for the scenes are easily available at a local medical store and if not then you can order it online go ahead with the cream it is supposed to be really very good to be a specially for dry skin issues
