dr.meri beti ko kal se loose motion, stomach pain aur weakness bhi ho Rahi h , dawa se uski poty to band h ,par weakness aur stomach pain h abhi ,khane m use kya kya de Jo wo jaldi theek ho jaaye.

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting aguund its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
