Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated shymptoms. and it could be somet infection also which needs proper examination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi Don’t apply anything as of now I would say that you wait to go get a check with your doctor if there is pain or something right now you can give paracetamol to the child apply little bit of betadine on that area
