Dr From 2 3 days Arham is not feeling well he is vomiting and having a little bit fever he is 10 months old

A. it may be gas. Infant colic is very normal in babies mostly up to 1 yr of age . Proper burping and exclusive mother feed till 6 month . Also gastica drop can be given 1 m l for the gaseous trouble .
