Does using a breast feeding pump cause breast pain?

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes manual pump can cause breast pain. Try to feed ur baby directly through ur breast. Keep the baby head a bit elevated while feeding and put whole of the nipple and most of the aerola in the babies mouth so that baby latches easily.
