yes teething phase has signs like low grade rise in body temperature and loose motions..
try to maintain proper hygiene around your child to prevent such problems..this condition is temporary and will subside after the eruption process of teeth..

No, teething does not cause diarrhoea
Stools can be little loose.
Diarrhoea can be due to infection in stomach. Consult with your doctor for the diagnosis and treatment for the same. Take care
