yes teething phase causes low grade rise in body temperature..if temperature rises above 100.4 degrees then consult with your pediatrician..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

Yes it can and every baby suffer with different symptoms. Some babies get high fever and some suffer with lose motion. So you have to very careful about it. Once babies temperature go above 99° then you can give Calpol drops to your baby and can repeat the medicine in every seven hours gap
