does shaving babies head makes hair grows faster or thicker? is there any benefits?

it will make hair thicker.. massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day.
give breastmilk more frequently.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly.
give Sunbath every morning

also follow good hair care routine as oil massage wash regularly with mild shampoo egg mask..
you can try mama earth baby hair oil or shampoo or Himalaya baby hair oil and shampoo..
