Q.

Does periods affect the flow of breast milk. My milk has reduced since my periods started.. what should I do ?? #expertadvice

A. it may not have much problem during periods there can be small reduction because of improper food intake For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. there is no connection between breast milk and periods it is only depend upon diet and lifestyle. keep taking heathy diet keep yourself well hydrated and stress free. avoid any kind of junk and excess sweet.
