If kids having self eating did Messy then it's ok but eating without hand washing, unhygienic premises,uncovered foods, packed or outside food cause illness as there are high chances of bacteria, virus which cause fever, motions,cold, cough.
Improve kids immunity power by immunizing prescribed by paediatrician include dry fruits, turmeric milk, citrus fruits in diet for increasing immunity hygiene food, premises,good manners like washing hands before and after eating, using handkerchief,pee training ...
