doctor my baby 3.5 month old girl, she is in cold and cough on 4 days, she is in vaccination on 3.5 month. we take the vaccination on her or postponed.

A. every season has its own challenges specially for kids. In the coming winter season also care is required specially regarding the seasonal flu and respiratory Infection . protect the child from extreme cold and sudden temperature variations. also healthy diet with all the required vaccine upto date shoubgld be given. also skin care is required and avoid dryness of skin .

A. Yes. If your baby has a minor illness for a few days, such as a cough or a cold, without a fever, she can have her immunisations.
