There is no such diet chart you know it is completely dependent on kids if they want to wake up in the middle of the night to take a feed you cannot stop it but it’s better that you go ahead with medicine which will help in drying up your breast feed you can talk to your doctor about it if you gynaecologist would be able to help you on that.
