Doctor, I don't know ...what happened to my baby. There is a wound on his leg, he is not able to crawl. Please look at this image and suggest me the ointment. Thank you

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area with soapx and water
