Doctor After C Section I Always Had Pain Or Burning Sensation Towards Left Side Of My incision and always felt pressure inside vagina just the way we feel in end of pregnancy days when baby comes towards the end of uterus,I ignored it till now thinking may be it's because of delivery and it will heal with time but it's been 3 and half months now and I still feel the same Sometimes,is this normal ,if so then till how much months il be fully recovered?

If in case you feel pressure at the vaginal area and also burning sensation it is better get cheque and examined by your doctor once 
as it may be some issues which needs management as soon as possible

Stitches can take 6 months to heal internally and externally.
But It is always better to consult with your gynaecologist for the proper diagnosis and treatment. Do not ignore if u have severe pain. Take care
