Q.
doc my baby is 1 month old.. but he cannot latch as my nipples are flat and also my breast milk is not adequate. so i give him nan exella pro stage 1 and alongwith that i give bm that i pump which is very minimal around 30 ml max..

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. to increase your breastmilk supply,you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam ,as breastmilk is best for Healthy growth of child,here I suggest some tips which may help you to provide breastmilk to your child: first for ,flat nipple ,I advise to massage your breasts with coconut oil. gently pull out your nipple with help of pointer finger and thumb daily for 4 to 5 times. you may use nipple shield like Babyhug nipple shield for Time being. try different feeding positions.
