Q.
Doc, my 14month old son has been coughing (dry) a lot recently and is unwilling to eat. Can I give him fruit juice during cold. Pls help.

Give home made simple soft diet..
offer warm vegetables soups, lentil soups, increase breast feeding.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..avoid fruit juice ..instead give warm soups or porridges...apply warm mustard oil on your baby's chest back and foot..to make this oil heat the oil with crushed garlic ajwain and methi daana..strain and apply warm to baby before bed time for quick relief from cough
