Do I need to change the diaper still it’s no urine or very less urine during night time. My baby not urinating during night time while sleeping. 4 months old. Still I need to change diaper for every 4 hours ? I’m using pampers premium care

A. if the child is not passing urine much and the skin is not wet then there is no need to change the diaper but if you see that the skin is becoming wet with urine due to overflow then it is advisable to change the diaper before this event happens
