Do I have to sleep only in sides even at early pregnancy of 7 weeks?? or can I sleep straight on my back?

A. see as of noe you can skeep on back but doon you must try to get into thr habits of sleeping on sides ok. that's all i can say . good day

A. hi you can sleep on your back but it is always best to sleep on side during pregnancy ,as it maintains blood circulation well. prefer to sleep on left side. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
