Na They breathing with the normal speed as we do sometimes they’re breathing can be little bit high but that too if a child is having some issue otherwise in normal course of life you will not even see the child reading that way you know because obviously you know the breath is so slow that you cannot even see that happening so if your child is having high breathing then consult your doctor
