Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also it is better to consult with your gynecologist as she knew the exact health conditions of your pregnancy. also avoid direct sugar and take fruits as sugar intake. avoid oily nd junk food. and regular walk and medicine is necessary.
