A. date alone may not be useful for losing weight Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi parent Walk more take couple of bites less than what you really want to. don't use maida items , bakery items and packaged food take more probiotics , millets and seasonal frits don't consume non veg
