Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi you can give 2 to 3 meals a day from recipes like dal rice, khichadi, chapati dal, upma, ragi porridge, vegetable soup, boiled potato, mashed banana, papaya, fruit smoothie, mashed dates, anjeer.
