NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should change the diaper once in round 4 to 5 hrs or even earlier of it is soiled and also Maintain a proper hygiene which would be helpful and also apply diaper rash cream or pure coconut oil from Babyhug which can help prevent the rashes
