delivery ke badh se mera weight bohat bar chuka hain ..or belly fat bohot bar chuka hain ..kom karne k liye kya kare?

A. The only thing that will help in reducing the body weight or fixing tge bellt is workout. You have to take time to exervise everyday. You may start with mild exercises like walking and tgen move on to mild yoga poses and then gradually move to heavier routines.
