Dear sir my child is 2 and half year old and not started to speak even not reacting to anyone listening properly. sir what to do please help

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is ok for babies .Speech is a process takes time to become proper . Initially only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time specially mobile screen and T. V. Also help of any speech therapist can be taken for same .
