Dear sir/ madam my 27 months boy Having Bubbles on skin , on hands legs and body plz suggest me cure

Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions mayt be seen in hands foot face and other parts oftr the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydration and maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally
