dear madam or sir my 10 month old baby has only f ever without any other symptoms what does it means and what the suggestion for dat since three days she has fever we r giving paracetamol syrup which doctor gave is dangerous and how long it will be

A. thank you for your help sir but is any dangerous when it fever gone and which food can give at this fever time for 10 motn old baby since iam going to ofc and not giving breast milk

A. at present please give calpol 120 to the baby 5ml 3 times a day depending on the need Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit
