Dear Dr my my son 3 month 9days .why his saliva is alway coming out,?what is the problem?

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Dr my son is born in premature .now he is 3 month 11 days .he can't sleep well,I think my breast milk is less,so,which milk powder will be the best for him.?
