Dear doctors My baby is 4 months old he is getting some white patches on face and some unknown black patches on skin in some areas what is the reason kindly advice also his color is too darkening day by day pls suggest any idea to get my baby skin tone atleast in wheatish. When he born he is in white colour only until 1 month

give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

See If there are white patches and something black patches also there or something then it would be better for you to consult a skin specialist ones because till the time you do not get it checked it’s very difficult to comment on something so please get it checked it could be some skin infection or allergy
