dear doctor my baby is now 8months old, can I feed salt and sugar in his food ?

A. hello. good to avoid. b you may addit in her regukar food after 1 year of age. make her food intresting by addihg fruit puree, dates, jageery, little amoubt if basic indian spices. ok
