Q.
#asktheexpert sir child is 7 months old. can I give him salt and sugar in his food. Some persons suggest that without salt and sugar food should be given.

it is better to give food without adding salt n sugar..
not to worry if the food is bland .
give 2 meal n 1 snack a day.
