Q.

dear doctor I was exclusively breastfeeding my child of 3 months now I have to join office.. I want to express milk but cannot express at my workplace so imay go without 9 hours without bf. will it effect supply? can you pls suggest a schedule? also suggest best electric breast pump in budget not much expensive.

A. yes you can express milk you can use Babyhug electric breast pump to express milk you can store at room temperature for 4 hrs and in refrigerator for long hrs.. schedule the day plan from now as you have resume office
