Dear Doctor, I have a planned 3rd CS scheduled on 37th week of pregnancy . is steroid like Dexona necessary for featal lung development. is the baby still preterm. I am afraid of the side effect .

A. hello it all depends on the individual condition and if you are having any doubt better to have a second opinion by visiting a doctor and having a physical examination which would be better and base on your history you doctor will be able to help you
