Dear concern I have attached pic can u plz tell me it's skin dry or any allergy??? home remedies for dry skin

A. hi. try applying vaseline jelly on it n observe.. if no relief, good to consult a skin care specialist in person,as personsl examinatikn is mpre imp in any skjn related problem
