my son is 2 years 8months..he likes to eat dairy milk chocolate so in a week he will eat 5 to 6 chocolates so I bring small one 5rs one..so is it harmful eating daily??

Also he likes to eat bananas but not in day time rarely in day but mainly at night? so is this harmful for health?

Hello ma’am If your child likes to eat banana you can give any time in the daytime avoid giving it into the night time apart from that if your child likes to have dairy milk chocolate you can give it but just make sure that it is not spoiling your child’s teeth and you are maintaining a proper oral hygiene by brushing twice in a day then you can give a chocolate on an every day basis
