daughter has fever since 24 hours..how to know it's cause..if due to viral or heat wave/heat exhaustion.

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl23 hours agoA. It would be any reason without proper assessment I cannot confirm what can be the reason behind it it could just be a normal fever also but after 72 hours also fever and subside then it could be any other kind of fever
