cs delivery k baad sikai(heat therapy) lena jaruri hai kya aur thande pani se dhoor rehna chahiye kya. aur delivery k baad kitne din tak sex nahi karna hai

Hi Yes it is healthy if you can continue with it no issues like that apart from that you can have sex after eight weeks even if you’re comfortable after that then only go ahead with it otherwise if you’re uncomfortable at any point of time you can avoid it for another 4weeks
