Maam seems like your child is having massive dehydration and indigestion which is why this could be happening if the child is not able to digest a drop of water also I think it would be good for you to check with the doctor they may have to keep your child onto salon or a trip for a while with which only things are going to get better I’m not very certain whether this is going to help by the doctors can certainly confirm on that
