I think it is just a reflex of the body that your child vomited and that’s normal but still monitor the behaviour of the child for at least another 24 to 48 hours if you feel any time vomiting or anything else is going wrong then consult a doctor to avoid 1% chance of an internal injuryWrite Your Answer Here
