A. You can give fruits like oranges and strawberry blueberry blackberry all these things have a very good fibre sweet lime most of the fruits do contain fibre so you can go for that and when it comes to fibre rich food you can go for oats ragi Suji these things are very healthy to be given and they’re good in fibre as well
