So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
take biotin tablet.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair

please give daily massage with bhringraj oil
please give daily sun light exposure
please use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair
