NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello you can be applying a lotion on baby face but if the baby's skin is very dry then it would be better to use a baby face cream which would be better to keep your baby's skin well hydrated and prevent dryness and keep baby skin soft and smooth
