Can we use dates powder for baby option for sugar?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes, you can use overnight soaked dates or it's powder as a substitute of sugar to baby. But, right now, there is no need to add sugar or any kind of spice in the diet as their taste buds have not developed yet and it is not required. After 8th month onwards, you can make a powder of mixed dry fruits and edible seeds and give it by mixing in foods or milk.
