Yes it’s a good painkiller that you can take there is no problem at all and yes you can take it once or twice in the day the pain is much but for what pain you are taking that you haven’t mentioned but if it is not helping you well as the medicine isn’t good enough for you to subside the pain please consult the doctor related to it
