Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello! This particular medication contains antihistamine which can pass into the breast milk and may harm the baby. I would not really advise you to self medicate. Get in touch with your doctor for proper medication and treatment.
